Ride Description:

Leaving from Wenatchee Valley brewery (https://goo.gl/maps/6iFgGXzCmwS9yvbi8).

This route, basically, follows the Apple Century ride 50 mile course. We take the Pinnacles route out, head up the highway eventually ending up on North Road. We will have a refreshment stop at Starbucks in Leavenworth before our return. Deadman's Hill, Stine Hill, the Sleepy Hollow Rollers and Chatham Hill on the return will offer the brunt of the climbing on this iconic route. Multiple regroups along the way. Please bring 2 bottles of water and snacks for the trip. Final regroup at Wenatchee Valley Brewing for a post ride beverage and socialization.

We offer weekly rides on Saturdays that typically start at Wenatchee Valley Brewing Company, led by members of the Velo club. Because we are acting as ride leaders, we HAVE to insist that people sign the wavier, and become members! Completion of membership includes the applicable ride waiver.

Wenatchee Valley Velo supports a multitude of cycling programs and events in the local area. The annual dues from membership along with proceeds from cycling events assist us in promoting safe cycling in our area. Member appreciation events are held throughout the year and are free with your paid membership.
